Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess the skills necessary to support individuals with diverse needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients while fostering independence and dignity.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document clients' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting social engagement and mental well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices in caregiving.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of post-acute care and sub-acute care practices is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence at home.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
