Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance mental well-being
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living space
• Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition or behavior to healthcare professionals promptly
• Support clients with mobility aids and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, person-centered care
• Qualifications
• Prior experience in home caregiving or related healthcare roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, energetic attitude toward client support
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety standards rigorously
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures such as medication administration or emergency response, is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or individuals with chronic conditions, is highly valued

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
