In Home Caregiver

Job Summary
As a caregiver with Absolute Caregiving LLC, you'll assist clients with daily activities in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has a flexible schedule, and seeks meaningful work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs for appointments or social activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Follow client care plans as directed by the agency.
• Document care activities and report any changes in client conditions

Experience

• Previous experience as an In-Home Caregiver or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to client-centered care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
• Must have hoyer lifts experience
