In Home Caregiver

Job Summary:
As a caregiver with Absolute Caregiving LLC, you’ll assist clients with daily activities in the comfort of their homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has a flexible schedule, and seeks meaningful work in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in supportive conversations.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility, if needed.
• Follow client care plans as directed by the agency.
• Document care activities and report any changes in client conditions.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in home care or caregiving is preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to client-centered care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling.
