In Home Caregiver

We are seeking an In Home Caregiver to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home. Hours are Monday Wednesday Friday 10am to 5pm.

This position is for a male client with dementia and epilepsy. Client lives alone with a friendly dog. Needs help with daily routine reminders, someone to take them to appointments and grocery shopping, help around the house, companion, etc. Must have your own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Medication Reminders
• Meal Prep
• Grocery Shopping
• Help walking the dog
• Housework
• Laundry
• Companion
• Provide routine individualized care
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Safety Monitoring

Qualifications:

• Reliability a must
• Experience in home health or other related field
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
