Trinity Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support in the comfort of our clients’ homes. In this role, you will help clients maintain their independence, safety, and dignity while offering meaningful companionship and daily assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans
• Maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (home care, senior care, or personal care experience is a plus)
• CNA/Medtech Certifications perferred
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification preferred (if not currently certified, training will be provided after hire)
