Requirements:

• HHA certification or CNA (can be newly certified or without certification) Not required

• CPR certification (up to date)

• Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)

  AHCA link: HB531 | Florida Agency for Health Care Administration

• Valid driver's license

• Flexible availability

• Able to run errands and Transport patients

• Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)

• In some cases, be able to go to nearby cities in the county

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, your responsibilities include:

• Follow care plans and communicate any client changes

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Availability to run errands and transport clients to appointments
