Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and safety.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ mental and emotional health.
• Medication reminders for our in home clients.
• Monitor clients’ health status, report changes promptly to healthcare professionals, and follow prescribed care protocols.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, and meal preparation.
• Document record of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or concerns.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and consistent care delivery.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to adapt quickly in outpatient clinics or post-acute care settings while maintaining high standards of patient-centered care.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
