Sage Home Care is expanding and hiring dependable, experienced caregivers to provide structured shifts of up to 8 hours supporting seniors in their personal homes.

We coordinate 24-hour care through organized shift teams to ensure clients receive uninterrupted, consistent support. Our clients depend on reliability, safety, and professionalism — and so do we.

Responsibilities

As a Sage caregiver, you will:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Support safe transfers and mobility equipment
• Provide dementia and memory-care support
• Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Document care accurately and professionally
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance

Your reliability directly impacts client safety and family trust.

Qualifications

• Prior home care, assisted living, nursing home, or hospice experience preferred
• Experience with dementia care strongly valued
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional communication and emotional maturity
• Ability to pass background clearance
• Proof of a negative TB test (current within state-required timeframe) is required prior to working
