In-Home Caregiver: Childcare & Adult Support Specialist

Location: DFW (Fort Worth, Keller, Richland Hills, and surrounding areas)

We are hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers for immediate PRN (as-needed) in-home assignments supporting both children and adults/elders. If you have experience managing care needs across all ages and excel at creating a safe, supportive environment with a flexible schedule, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, personalized PRN in-home support for children and/or adults/elders.

• For children, this includes engaging in play activities, preparing meals, and strictly following family routines.

• For adults/elders, support may include mobility assistance, companionship, and help with daily living activities to ensure comfort and independence.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in caregiving, child care, or babysitting is essential.

• Must be comfortable with an as-needed (PRN) schedule with variable hours.

• Must be professional, reliable, and committed to high standards of safety.

• Experience supporting children with developmental disabilities, autism, or other complex needs is highly desirable.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
