$20-$24/hr based on experience and certification.

Responsibilities
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
- Working hands-on with activities of daily living tasks:
- Ambulation/Transfers
- Bathing
- Incontinence Care
- Dressing/Grooming
- Eating
- Toileting
- Serving clients with instrumental activities of daily living:
- Cooking (Meal Prep)
- Light Housework
- Errands
- Medication Reminder
- Laundry
- Ability to act quickly and responsibly to report cases of emergency and client change of condition
Qualifications
- Credentials-Current CNA or HCA in Washington State, or the ability to complete the home care aid (HCA) program within 200 days of hire.
- Education- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation every day.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
