IN-HOME CAREGIVER -KENT COUNTY, DE (FULL-TIME)

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers in Kent County, DE for full-time positions. We are hiring immediately, and applications are reviewed daily.

Our caregivers play a vital role in helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Must have a reliable personal vehicle

· Must have active auto insurance

· Must be available to work every other (E/O) weekend (Saturday & Sunday)

· Must be available to work every other holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

· Support mobility and safe transfers

· Prepare meals based on dietary needs

· Perform light housekeeping

· Provide companionship and social engagement

· Document care and report client condition changes

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Ability to travel between clients in Kent County and nearby areas

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate, dependable, and patient

· Ability to follow care plans and work independently

· Must pass background check and drug screening

PAY & SCHEDULE
$16.00 – $18.00 per hour
Full-time: 30–40 hours per week
Shifts available: Day, Evening, Night, Overnight
