IN-HOME CAREGIVER - MILFORD, DE (FULL-TIME)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregivers in Milford, DE for full-time positions. We are hiring immediately, and applications are reviewed daily.

Our caregivers play a vital role in helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle
• Must have active auto insurance
• Must be available to work every other (E/O) weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
• Must be available to work every other holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and social engagement
• Document care and report client condition changes

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Ability to travel between clients in Milford and nearby areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently
• Must pass background check and drug screening

PAY & SCHEDULE

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Full-time: 30–40 hours per week

Shifts available: Day, Evening, Night, Overnight
