Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking
• Medications reminder follow care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
• Maintain clean and safe living environments through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks.

Experience

• Prior experience in home health care preferred.
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs requiring medical attention
• Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training preferred.
• Follow personalized care plans and medication reminder protocols
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to safety standards and patient confidentiality
