In Home Caregiver Weekends 4pm-8pm

<Duties>

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to promote independence and dignity.
  • Provide medication reminders and ensure medication adherence according to care plans.
  • Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences while maintaining safety standards.
  • Support clients with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being.
  • Observe and report any changes in health status or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members promptly.
  • Follow care plans meticulously, adhering to safety protocols and documentation requirements to ensure quality care delivery.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience as an In Home Caregiver or similar role, with a strong understanding of personal care techniques.
  • Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, post-acute care patients, or individuals with chronic conditions.
  • Knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, hospital medicine practices, or emergency medicine is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Level I Trauma Centers or Level II trauma center experience is a plus for understanding acute care needs.
  • Ability to handle OR (Operating Room) experience or PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) environments demonstrates adaptability in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while following detailed care instructions.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
