About the Role:
Superior Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our registry and provide in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. If you're a certified CNA or PCA looking for flexible hours and meaningful work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, ambulation, range of motion exercises
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and families
✅ Requirements:
- CNA or PCA certification (required)
- Clean criminal background and drug screen
- Sympathetic attitude toward elderly and disabled care
- Ability to follow directions and handle job demands with maturity
- Participation in CEUs as required by the State of Arkansas\
