We are seeking energetic and dedicated In Home Caregivers / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional care directly in clients’ homes, assisting with daily activities, health monitoring, and providing emotional support. Your efforts will help clients maintain their dignity and comfort while promoting their overall well-being.

<Duties>

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
• Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
• Utilize specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges

<Requirements>

• Valid CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience in home or community settings
• Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (including Alzheimer’s), autism or in hospice care is highly valued
• Ability to observe and report changes in client condition accurately and promptly
• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely when required
• Familiarity with care plans, medication management, and HIPAA compliance
• Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, group homes or long-term care environments is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
