This important role focuses on providing personalized care in a home setting, promoting her independence, safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will play a vital part in enhancing her quality of life through respectful support, companionship, and thoughtful assistance with daily routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor overall health and observe any changes in physical or mental condition to ensure safety
• Administer medications accurately according to prescribed instructions
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding if needed
• Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, tidying, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments if required
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote engagement, dignity, and independence

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience caring for seniors in a home setting
• Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures
• Familiarity with age-related conditions such as mobility challenges, memory concerns, or chronic health issues
• Ability to safely assist with mobility and perform light to moderate lifting
• Strong communication skills and patience
• Dependable, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
• Compassionate, adaptable, and attentive to individual needs

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
