Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated in-home counselor to join our team. As an in-home Counselor, you will provide therapeutic intervention, skill restoration, and psychoeducation to youth and/or adult clients. This is a hybrid (remote and in the client’s home) hourly, PRN position, where you make your own schedule with clients.

Program: Intensitive In-Home (youth) and Mental Health Skill Building (adult)

Population: Youth (5 and older) and/or Adult (18 and older)

Duties:

- provide therapeutic services based on the client’s treatment plan.

- Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care

- Document client progress on weekly case notes and quarterly reports.

- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Participate in weekly team meetings and treatment planning.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, and any other related field
