Galaxy Draperies is hiring driven, money-motivated Road Warriors to run in-home design appointments. If you want uncapped income, company-provided leads, and no cold calling, this role is for you.

Schedule Expectations

• Must be available Monday–Friday
• Evenings and Saturdays required (peak homeowner availability)
• This is a full-time, field-based role — not remote and not 9–5

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, in-home consultations
• Design custom window treatments & exterior shade solutions
• Build rapport and close same-day sales
• Own your results

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a fit if you are:

• Money-motivated and excited by uncapped commission
• A true road warrior—you like being out in the field, driving and moving appointment to appointment
• Coachable — you want feedback and apply it
• Accountable — you take ownership of results and daily activity
• Confident in a commission-driven environment and not afraid to ask for the sale
• Comfortable using CRM + iPad tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Experience:

• 2+ years in sales (in-home, high-ticket, or consultative preferred)
• Home décor / design experience is a plus — we’ll train the right closer with the right attitude
• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license required
