What You'll Do-

  • Conduct in-home consultations with qualified residential customers
  • Build replacement estimates and present clear options
  • Educate customers on financing
  • Recommend premium HVAC systems
  • Track performance and pipeline in ServiceTitan
  • Work closely with install and service for seamless execution

Your job is to educate, guide, and close with integrity.

Who We're Looking For-

  • Proven in-home B2C closer
  • HVAC or home improvement experience preferred
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • High ownership mentality
  • Growth-driven and competitive
