We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dedicated nanny and early childhood educator to care for our lively 18-month-old twins. This is an exciting opportunity to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care in a safe and loving home environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing in-home care tailored to 18-month-old twins, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development
- Facilitate structured early learning using accredited homeschool methods and curricula
- Accompany children on outings to parks, the zoo, and other enriching destinations
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for toddlers, accommodating any dietary restrictions
- Assist with diapering, potty training routines, and basic toddler hygiene practices
- Engage children through educational play, storytelling, songs, and social interaction
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including light tidying of children's areas and toys
- Monitor health and safety; administer first aid if necessary and communicate concerns to parents promptly
- Available for occasional evening and weekend babysitting, and around-the-clock care during family travel
Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in nannying, daycare, babysitting, or early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of infant and toddler care — diapering, feeding, sleep routines, and developmental milestones
- Background or accredited training in early childhood education or homeschooling methods
- Ability to prepare healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for young children
- CPR and first aid certification preferred; ability to respond quickly to emergencies
- Compassionate, patient, flexible, and an excellent communicator
- Reliable and highly trustworthy — references and background check required
- Comfortable being recorded on home security cameras
- Able to commit to a start date within 1–2 weeks
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Pay: $23.68 - $28.51 per hour
