In-Home Nanny / PCA / Behavioral Support (1 Child)

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to provide in-home support for one child with global developmental delay. This role combines elements of nanny care, personal care assistance (PCA), and play-based developmental support.

The ideal candidate enjoys working one-on-one with children, is patient and engaging, and is comfortable supporting daily routines while encouraging learning and independence.

Responsibilities

• Engage the child in play-based learning and activities
• Support daily routines such as dressing, hygiene, meals, and transitions
• Encourage communication, interaction, and developmental skills
• Provide calm and supportive guidance when the child becomes frustrated
• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
• Communicate with parents about the child’s activities and progress

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (childcare, nannying, PCA, behavioral support, education, etc.) preferred
• Experience with developmental delays or special needs is a plus
• Patient, dependable, and attentive
• Comfortable working in a home setting
• Reliable transportation

Schedule

Schedule may include weekday and/or weekend hours depending on availability. Flexibility is helpful.

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience.
