The Opportunity

This is a field sales role where you’ll run pre-qualified appointments and close deals on the spot.

You’ll be meeting homeowners face-to-face, building trust quickly, and helping them move forward with their projects.

This is a high-speed, high-income environment.

The faster you move, the more you make.

Compensation (No Fluff — Real Numbers)

• Base: $400/week
• Commission: 8%–10% per job

Typical deal size: $3,000–$10,000+

Example:

• Close $20,000/week → $1,600–$2,000+
• Strong closers: $2,000–$4,000+/week

No cap. No ceiling.

What You’ll Do

• Run 3–6 pre-set appointments daily
• Meet homeowners in-person (no prospecting)
• Build rapport and assess needs quickly
• Present solutions and pricing on-site
• Close same-day whenever possible
• Follow up fast — speed wins deals

Who This Is For

• You’ve closed deals before and know how to handle objections
• You’re competitive and want to earn based on performance
• You move fast and don’t need to be micromanaged
• You’re comfortable being in the field and talking to people daily

Bonus Points If You’ve Sold:

• Roofing / Solar
• Home improvement
• Cars / furniture / high-ticket retail

What You DON’T Need

• Painting experience (we train you)
• Construction background
• A degree
