In-Home Sales Consultant – Custom Window Coverings

Arizona Window Coverings Center is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with window coverings experience or an interior design background who enjoys helping homeowners create beautiful and functional spaces.

As a consultant, you will meet homeowners in their homes, guide them through product selections, and help design the right window treatment solutions for their space.

Our goal is for our sales consultants to focus on selling. We provide the leads, company vehicle, fuel, tools, and support, and our team handles ordering, scheduling, and installation so you can stay focused on helping customers, maintaining great communication, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Help customers design solutions using blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery
• Present fabrics, colors, and product options
• Measure windows and prepare quotes
• Close sales during the consultation when possible
• Follow up with customers who are still deciding
• Manage approximately 30–60 leads per month

What We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Window coverings sales
• Interior design
• In-home consultation sales

Experience with brands such as Alta, Norman, Draper, Lafayette, or similar window treatment systems is a strong plus.

Other qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners
• Organized and detail-oriented
• High energy with strong closing ability

Schedule

• 5 days per week
• Typically 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Flexible appointment-based schedule

Some days may have fewer appointments, while other days may include 4–6 consultations.
