Join our dynamic team as an In-Home Sales & Design Professional, where you will play a key role in transforming our clients’ homes through personalized design consultations and a seamless sales experience.
This position combines your passion for design with your ability to build trust quickly and close sales confidently. You will meet directly with homeowners in their homes, assess their space and storage needs, create customized design solutions, and guide them through the entire process from consultation to signed agreement.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, design-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a one-visit closing environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs, preferences, lifestyle, and space requirements
- Design customized storage and organization solutions that align with the client’s style, goals, and budget
- Present design concepts, product options, and pricing in a clear and compelling manner
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead follow-up through proposal presentation and close
- Confidently close sales during the initial consultation whenever possible in a one-sit sales environment
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Identify upsell and add-on opportunities that enhance the overall project value
- Utilize CRM software to manage appointments, track client communication, and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless handoff and successful project completion
- Generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding customer service and relationship building
Qualifications
- Proven success in in-home sales, outside sales, interior design sales, home improvement, custom cabinetry, closets, or related consultative sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to close in a one-sit sales environment
- Strong design sense with the ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and customer follow-up
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly with homeowners
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
