In-Home Sales Representative-Bathroom Remodeling -(100% Commission-No Cold Calling)

Job Summary

$100K+ earning potential | Monday–Saturday schedule (6 days/week) | Local travel up to 1 hour required | No cold calling.
We are hiring an In-Home Sales Representative for bath remodeling projects to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver a proven sales presentation, and close deals in a one-call close environment. This is a full-time, outside sales role ideal for motivated, commission-driven individuals.

Qualifications – In-Home Sales Representative

Required:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently in an outside sales environment
  • Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations and closing deals
  • Ability to travel locally (up to 1 hour)
  • Availability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule

Preferred:

  • Previous sales experience (outside sales, in-home sales, or commission sales)
  • Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction sales
  • Confident public speaking or presentation background

Responsibilities – In-Home Sales Representative

  • Conduct in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified leads
  • Deliver a structured sales presentation using an iPad
  • Build rapport with homeowners and identify their remodeling needs
  • Design bath remodeling solutions using company software
  • Present pricing and close sales during the appointment
  • Attend weekly sales training and team meetings
  • Follow company sales process and product training
