We are growing rapidly and are seeking elite Sales Representatives who are motivated, competitive, and committed to mastering a proven one-call close sales process.

Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized fencing solutions. This is a high-income opportunity designed for true closers who thrive in a performance-based environment.

You will be provided with:

• 1–3 pre-set, qualified homeowner appointments per day
• Proprietary sales process
• Marketing-backed, statistically proven buyer leads
• Full support team to assist with scheduling, materials, and follow-up

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekly pay and uncapped earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking driven, professional sales performers who:

• Have 2+ years of in-home, one-call close sales experience (preferred)
• Are confident, articulate, and highly professional in demeanor
• Are competitive and thrive in commission-based environments
• Are process-driven and coachable
• Are committed to maintaining a minimum 35% close rate on assigned leads
• Are true closers who enjoy the challenge of earning more through performance

Daily Responsibilities

• Travel directly to homeowner appointments in Richmond and surrounding areas
• Conduct in-home product presentations using our proven sales system
• Build rapport, identify needs, and close sales during the initial visit
• Submit completed contracts and documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain professional representation of the company brand

Compensation & Benefits

• $150,000 – $250,000 annual earning potential (1099 Independent Contractor)

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background check, reference check, and credit check
• Willingness to complete sales assessment and phone questionnaire
• Willing to drive to surrounding areas ( within 90 - minute drive radius)
