In-Home Support Staff (North & East Madison)

What You’ll Do:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting daily living needs, including:

• Providing personalized care and support with daily routines
• Ensuring safety through active supervision
• Assisting with bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
• Safe client transfers and mobility support
• Preparing nutritious meals
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Administering medications accurately
• Managing challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism
• Completing clear and timely visit documentation

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a Caregiver Background Check
