Steele Creek • Matthews • Lancaster • Rock Hill • Albemarle • Wendover

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced In-Home Window Treatment Designer with at least 2 years of experience measuring and selling custom window coverings, including blinds, shades, and interior shutters.

This role focuses on conducting in-home consultations, taking accurate measurements, recommending design solutions, and closing sales using company-provided leads from our retail partners and local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations for blinds, shades, and interior shutters
• Take accurate window measurements for custom orders
• Present product options, samples, and design recommendations
• Close sales during in-home appointments
• Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads
• Service customers from assigned retail locations in the Charlotte market
• Maintain accurate paperwork, measurements, and order details
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to sale

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience measuring and selling Window Coverings (Custom blinds,shades & Interior shutters)
• Proven in-home sales experience with strong closing ability
• High attention to detail and measuring accuracy
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the market
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with retail-generated leads
• Interior design or window treatment background

Pay: $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
