In-house architect

About the Role:

Join Smart Box Industries LLC, a pioneering leader in modular construction specializing in converting shipping containers into innovative spaces. We cater to a wide range of applications, from engineering solutions to multi-storey luxury buildings, and we're looking for a talented Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative architectural solutions for modular construction projects using shipping containers.

- Develop detailed 3D models and architectural plans using Revit.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

- Manage multiple project designs from conception through to completion, ensuring

compliance with all regulatory and sustainability standards.

- Provide technical guidance and creative insight throughout the construction process.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio in modular construction.

- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.

- Proficiency in Lumion/Enscape rendering software

- Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures.

- Experience with BIM and other architectural software is highly advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic

environment.

- Strong communication and project management skills.
