Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Creator who wants to grow, build a portfolio, and be hands on inside a fast moving beauty brand. This is not a passive role. You will be actively filming, creating, and producing content every day.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who already understands how to shoot and edit, but wants real experience, real results, and a strong body of work. You will be inside the environment, capturing services, clients, and education while learning what actually performs and converts.

You need to be fast, creative, and willing to work. This role is about execution, consistency, and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Create daily short form content including reels, tiktoks, and social posts
Film live services, client transformations, and behind the scenes moments
Edit content with clean cuts, strong pacing, and clear storytelling
Capture before and after results that highlight real outcomes
Stay consistent with posting and content output
Work closely with the team to bring ideas into execution quickly
Pay attention to what performs and adjust content accordingly
Keep content aligned with a clean, elevated brand image

Requirements

Basic experience filming and editing content for social media
Understanding of platforms like Instagram and TikTok
Ability to create content quickly without sacrificing quality
Comfortable working in a real time salon environment
Strong work ethic and willingness to improve
Reliable, consistent, and able to follow through
Interest in beauty, skincare, lashes, or brows
