We’re hiring a full-time, in-house Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media across our automotive and diesel brands.
This is not a remote position. You will be on-site daily creating content inside real working shops.
Our ecosystem includes multiple brands across automotive repair, diesel, overland builds, towing, and parts. This role is responsible for capturing that content and turning it into high-performing social media.

Duties
- Develop, produce, and curate high-quality multimedia content including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts tailored for various social media platforms.
- Manage daily social media activities across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule and monitor posts.
- Implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth through targeted advertising such as Facebook Advertising.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy and engagement tactics.
- Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, hashtags, and metadata to enhance visibility in search results.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Film daily content inside active shop environments (technicians, builds, behind-the-scenes)
- Manage multiple brand accounts and maintain consistent posting
- Capture and organize B-roll content regularly
- Edit videos quickly using tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro
- Post content consistently (1–3 posts per day across brands)
- Assist with content ideas and execution for series like “Behind the Wrench”
- Monitor performance and identify what content is working
- Stay on top of trends and adapt them to our industry
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing with a portfolio demonstrating previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for creating engaging visuals.
- Strong understanding of social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to craft compelling stories through photography, videography, graphic design, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies to boost reach and engagement.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, media outlets, and partners effectively.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content

- Interest in cars, trucks, diesel, or off-road/overland culture
- Experience growing a social media account or brand
- Photography or videography background
- Experience with YouTube content
- Comfortable filming in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content
- Self-starter who can take ownership of content without constant direction
- Organized and able to manage multiple brands at once
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
