In-House / Corporate Legal

• Education: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
• Experience: 1-2 years (depending on level) in corporate legal, preferably in land & Property.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, labor law, and commercial regulations.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (to deal with management, regulators, external counsels).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters simultaneously.
• Handling M&A, JV, investor agreements.
• Liaising with government bodies and regulators.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
