We are a fast-growing Nashville-based advertising agency seeking a skilled In-House Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of legal research experience and a strong foundation in key areas of law relevant to our industry.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Trademark and intellectual property protection
• Copyright and content usage compliance
• State Bar compliance and general regulatory adherence
• Employment law guidance and internal documentation review
• TCPA compliance support
• Cross-functional partnership with C-Suite on strategic legal matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
