The AI Multiplier

Because we aim for exceptional efficiency, we pay 1.5x to 3x above market rates. What we gain in efficacy, we reinvest in our people.

Role Description

We expect you to be deeply embedded in your respective ecosystem. You should not just know what to do; you should know who to call.

The Mission: You are a strategic guardian. You will handle everything from high-stakes M&A structures in BioTech and Quantum to the granular details of Family Office estate planning.

Responsibilities:

• Deal Structuring: Architect complex deals across DeFi, Traditional Banking, and Energy sectors. You must understand the regulatory nuance between these industries.
• Family Office Management: Oversee trust structures, estate planning, and private asset protection with discretion and care.
• Compliance: Manage regulatory frameworks for Fintech and BioTech assets simultaneously.

Risk vs. Reward: We value a legal partner who focuses on solutions—someone who says, "Here is the risk profile, and here is how we structure it to move forward."

Qualifications

• JD with significant experience in either M&A, Venture Capital, or complex Family Office structures.
• "Hands-on" attitude—you are comfortable drafting your own contracts while managing external specialized counsel when necessary.
• Network: You have access to specialized counsel and regulators when the situation demands it.
• Deep curiosity about AI and regulatory futures.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $700,000.00 per year
