Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and innovative In-House Creative Designer to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

• Develop captivating digital designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Lead art direction for branding projects, ensuring consistency across all visual assets while pushing creative boundaries.
• Produce high-quality photography, illustrations, and motion graphics that align with project goals and brand standards.
• Design layouts for print advertising, brochures, posters, and packaging using InDesign and layout design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and interior design—to conceptualize and execute creative concepts.
• Utilize 3D modeling software like Maya or SketchUp for production design or interior visualization when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail in every aspect of visual design.

Skills

• Proficiency in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Creative Suite as a whole.
• Strong understanding of art direction principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Experience with photography, motion graphics, 2D animation, and digital art creation.
• Knowledge of web design languages such as HTML and CSS; familiarity with Sketch or Figma is a plus.
• Ability to create compelling illustrations and layouts for print advertising or product packaging.
• Skills in CAD or SketchUp for interior or production design projects; experience with Maya or other 3D animation software is advantageous.
• Understanding of screen printing processes and production workflows for physical media.
• Excellent eye for detail combined with the ability to conceptualize innovative ideas from initial sketches to final execution. Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
