In-House Designer / Production Team Member (multi-role)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Print Production Assistant to join our innovative team, who can support both graphic design and day-to-day print shop operations. This is a Part-Time + On-site + multi-role / hands-on position .

You will assist with preparing customer artwork, creating simple designs, and supporting our production team with printing, organizing, and order preparation.

Design Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up customer files for print (DTF, stickers, labels, etc.)
• Create simple custom designs based on client requests
• Ensure files are print-ready (correct sizing, resolution, color mode)
• Communicate with team regarding artwork adjustments

Production Support:

• Assist with printing processes (DTF transfers, stickers, etc.)
• Help with order preparation, packing, and labeling
• Organize materials and maintain a clean workspace
• Support team during busy production times

Skills

• Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Canva
• Understanding of print file setup (resolution, vector vs raster, CMYK vs RGB)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred (Not Required but a Plus)

• Experience in a print shop or apparel decoration (DTF, screen print, etc.)
• Knowledge of gang sheets and print layouts
• Basic understanding of heat press or printing equipment
• Customer service or order handling experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
