In-House Executive Recruiter

Ready to break into high-level executive recruiting?

We're seeking a driven, organized, and proactive In-House Executive Recruiter to support executive and healthcare leadership searches. This is an opportunity to work directly with decision-makers and play a key role in identifying and securing top talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage executive and leadership-level candidates

  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews

  • Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination

  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to fill challenging positions


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a plus)

  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

  • Experience identifying passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with senior leadership

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team


We are looking for a recruiter who goes beyond posting jobs and reviewing applicants. The ideal candidate is skilled at sourcing passive candidates, generating referrals, networking, direct outreach, and developing creative recruiting strategies to fill challenging positions.
