We're seeking a driven, organized, and proactive In-House Executive Recruiter to support executive and healthcare leadership searches. This is an opportunity to work directly with decision-makers and play a key role in identifying and securing top talent.
Responsibilities:
Source and engage executive and leadership-level candidates
Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination
Develop creative recruiting strategies to fill challenging positions
Requirements:
3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a plus)
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Experience identifying passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with senior leadership
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
