In-House Graphic Designer / Apparel Production Artist

We are a growing apparel and print shop looking for a full-time in-house graphic designer / production artist to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning customer ideas into clean, professional artwork.

Prior apparel industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person on production-specific processes such as screen print separations, embroidery sizing/prep, and shop workflow.

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, dependable, and eager to grow with our company long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating custom apparel graphics and layouts
• Converting customer ideas into production-ready artwork
• Cleaning up and recreating customer-submitted logos/artwork
• Working closely with our sales and production teams
• Making customer revisions and edits quickly and accurately
• Preparing files for printing and embroidery production
• Uploading and organizing artwork files in our system
• Occasionally creating graphics for social media and marketing
• Helping maintain organized workflows in a fast-paced shop environment

Required Skills

• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong typography, layout, and design understanding
• Ability to recreate/vectorize artwork
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organized and dependable
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Preferred Experience

• Apparel or print industry experience
• T-shirt or merchandise design experience
• Experience working in a production environment
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork
• Familiarity with embroidery or screen printing processes is a plus, but not required
