In-house Interior Designer

Project Execution

• Oversee onsite implementation of approved interior plans from start to finish.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and construction personnel to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify design-related issues early and recommend feasible solutions.

Vendor, Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment .
• Manage tenders, quotations, comparisons, negotiations, and purchase recommendations.
• Track deliveries, installation schedules, and quality checks for all procured items.

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all project designs and executions comply with local and central statutory regulations.
• Maintain updated documentation, drawings, and reports for all projects.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions when required.
• Design & Planning
• Develop detailed interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations for new projects and refurbishments.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, material boards, and 3D visualisations where required.
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards, functional requirements, and budget considerations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Projects Team, Operations, and Management to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Provide expert design input during feasibility assessments for new developments.
• Present design proposals and execution updates to senior leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
