In-House Litigation Counsel (FL bar required)

RISE8 COMPANIES - www.rise8companies.com - is looking for a REMOTE litigation attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join our real estate private equity and investment firm. The firm focuses primarily on the acquisition, renovation and operation of extended-stay housing, lending and development.

As a litigation attorney, you will be responsible for representing our company in various legal disputes involving real estate transactions, vendor and construction litigation, and contract drafting.

Job requirements:
