In-House Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic In-House Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and support the sales pipeline for Air and Sea freight services. The role focuses on inside sales, coordination, and customer follow-ups rather than outdoor sales.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales enquiries for Air & Sea freight services

Prepare and follow up on quotations with customers

Coordinate with pricing, operations, and overseas agents

Maintain and update customer records in CRM / internal systems

Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business

Achieve sales targets and monthly revenue goals

Assist in documentation and basic shipment coordination when required

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales

Basic knowledge of Air Freight & Sea Freight services

Familiarity with Incoterms and freight pricing concepts

Good communication skills (English required; other languages a plus)

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Email, Word)

Customer-oriented and proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
