Job Summary:

The In-House Maintenance/Groundskeeper will be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of our company's property, including buildings, grounds, ancillary properties and equipment. This individual will perform a variety of tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
• Conduct general carpentry work, including repairing walls, doors, and other fixtures.
• Maintain and repair company equipment and tools as needed.
• Oversee and perform groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, weeding, power washing, mag-raking and landscape maintenance.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all company facilities, including offices, workshops, and common areas.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal and salting during winter months.
• Identify and report major repair needs to management.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment for company events or projects.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Proficiency in operating various maintenance and groundskeeping equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pull trailers
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
