We are seeking a dynamic and innovative In-House Marketing & Social Media Content Creator specializing in the world of Ascetics. We are a Medical Dermatology Practice that specializes in Cosmetics and Surgery. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling within the healthcare sector and understands HIPAA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns, elevate brand presence across multiple platforms, and connect with a diverse audience through compelling visual and written content. As an integral part of our team, you will drive our digital marketing initiatives, enhance patient engagement, and support the growth of our dermatology practice through strategic social media management and creative content development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to medical dermatology, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality visual content including photography, graphic design, and video editing that aligns with branding guidelines and promotes dermatological services effectively.
- Manage daily social media posting schedules using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
- Conduct social listening to monitor online conversations, gather insights on patient needs, and identify opportunities for targeted outreach or reputation management.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to improve organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to target specific demographics and promote dermatological treatments or events.
- Ensure all content is proofread meticulously for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before publication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation within the healthcare or medical field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software for creating engaging visual content.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring posts.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles combined with photography skills to produce compelling imagery for digital channels.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on targeted audience engagement.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
- Ability to develop creative content aligned with branding strategies while adhering to medical industry standards.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
