Job Overview

We are hiring a full-time, in-house Performance Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience managing ads for Pakistan and Gulf (KSA) markets.

Candidates with UK or USA ad experience will be preferred.

This role is performance-focused, not social media posting or boosting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

• Manage TikTok Ads (KSA & Pakistan) professionally

• Run & optimize Snapchat Ads (conversion campaigns)

• Handle multiple ad accounts safely (policy compliant)

• Setup & manage Pixel / Events / Conversion tracking

• Product & collection level campaign planning

• Audience research, retargeting & scaling

• Daily optimization (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)

• Coordinate with creative team for ad creatives

• Weekly performance reporting

Required Experience (MUST)

• 1.5–3 years hands-on ads experience

• Proven experience in Pakistan & Gulf (KSA) markets

• Strong command on Meta Ads

• Practical experience with TikTok Ads

• Basic to intermediate Snapchat Ads

• Shopify / website conversion understanding

• Pixel & event setup knowledge

• Able to work in-house & independently

• Scaling campaigns beyond testing phase
