In-House Photographer & Videographer

We are growing…again. And this time, we are looking for a creative powerhouse to join us behind the camera.

Our team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in the area, known for new construction, development, and high-level marketing. We don’t just list homes, we tell the story behind them. That’s where you come in.

We are looking for an in-house Photographer & Videographer who can capture the heart of a home, the energy of our team, and the vision behind the communities we represent.

This is a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with a lot of opportunity to grow creatively and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Photographing and filming residential listings, new construction, land, and commercial spaces

Creating high-quality video content for listings, social media, and brand storytelling
Capturing team culture, events, behind-the-scenes, and day-to-day content
Editing photos and videos with quick turnaround times
Helping bring creative ideas to life for marketing campaigns, community launches, and builder partnerships
Managing and organizing media content for easy team access

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Someone who has a strong eye for detail, lighting, and composition
✔ Experience with real estate media (or a willingness to learn quickly)
✔ Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
✔ Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
✔ Strong communication and ability to take direction while also bringing ideas to the table
✔ Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling

Bonus Points If You:

✨ Have drone experience (or are willing to get licensed)
✨ Understand social media trends and short-form video
✨ Can help with content strategy, not just execution
✨ Love storytelling, not just shooting
