- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
