Job Summary:

The In-House Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships from within the office. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through calls, emails, and direct coordination with clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
  • Generate and follow up on leads provided by marketing or management
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, dispatch) for order fulfillment
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma in mechanical, Diploma in electrical, Any bachelor degree.
  • Proven experience in in-house sales, tele-sales, or customer handling (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to convince and close deals
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools)
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B / B2C sales
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Customer-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,531.70 - ₹25,800.27 per month
