We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in-house at our Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and ready to take charge of improving our online visibility and digital presence.

Position Overview

This role focuses on SEO and website management, with additional responsibilities in digital marketing and advertising across multiple platforms. You’ll work directly with company leadership to increase online traffic, generate leads, and promote our services through strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to boost rankings and visibility.
• Maintain and update the company website (WordPress or similar).
• Create and manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, such as website traffic and conversions.
• Research new marketing opportunities and trends to keep our brand competitive.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with internal staff and company leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and website management.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Strong written and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not required.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Dallas, TX (In-house only – No remote work)
• Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
